FITNESSGRAM® - Fitness Testing
State Physical Fitness Testing is an integral part of any physical-education program. Our Physical Education Solutions Program includes monthly preparation classes for the State standardized Physical Fitness Test (PFT) annually to all students in grades five, seven, and nine. Structured preparation for these essential tests form an integral part of our structured program and are built into the Master Schedule. Beginning in fourth grade, students participate in monthly training sessions that focus on each of the test’s components. Our experts have determined the simplest and most effective testing measures. Furthermore, we take the guesswork out of assessment through our easy-to-use online system.
