Nutrition and Activity Solutions
The newest addition to GameDay’s product line is the Nutrition and Activity Solutions program. Authored by a subject-matter expert, the program is designed to meet critical health and nutrition standards, the curriculum features GameDay’s comprehensive and easy-to-use lessons. Addressing topics such as food groups, serving sizes, healthy eating, physical activity, and safe food handling, the program offers progressive grade-specific lessons for kindergarten through sixth grade. Designed to be offered regularly throughout the school year, the Nutrition and Activity Solutions program complements the Physical Activity Solutions and After School programs.

Inside the Lessons
Each grade-specific lesson includes everything the teacher needs to deliver standards-based information with confidence and ease. Every lesson includes:

- • List of necessary materials
- • Introduction narrative that provides students with an overview of the day’s lesson
- • Classroom activity including worksheets, individual, small- and large-group activities
- • Home activities to educate family members about healthy eating and activity
- • Progressions and variations that provide instructional options

Cost
